2.  What types of skill testing do you do?

We use one or a combination of over 800 different skill tests that let us know specifically what our prospective associates are capable of doing proficiently.  This is a key factor in allowing us to know exactly where to place associates to ensure the best fit within a company.

We also believe in partnering for your success. As our client, if you would ever like it, we can give you access to our huge battery of on-line skill tests so you can use it to test your own employees.  And included is on-line tutoring modules for most of the skills, so your employee can learn and practice new skills BEFORE testing.  This is what we do for our temp employees who must fill one of your positions.

3.  What geographical areas do you service?

We currently service Northeastern Pennsylvania with a special focus on the greater Hazleton & Frackville communities.  While we do plan on branching out to cover the entire state of Pennsylvania within the next 5 years, we are currently focused on helping the needs of businesses close to our home areas right now.

4.  How does the screening process work when hiring new associates?

The Procure Personnel screening process starts with verifying the information given on the application.  If everything checks out, at that point we go on to do a personal interview, a skills assessment, a backgroundcheck, and finally receive a computer profiling rank.  After all that, we finally take the step of deciding whether or not to place the candidate onto our Procure Personnel Associate or Candidate list.

5.  Do you have any guarantees?

Absolutely. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your Procure Personnel Associate, we will send a replacement Associate over within 4 hours.  We make sure that there is no "out time" when it comes to your business.

6.  How do I request that a Procure Personnel Associate come to my business?
